Richards Ave. runs south from Rodeo RD on the south end of the City of Santa Fe under I-25 to these subdivisions: Rancho Viejo, Oshara Vlllage, La Pradera and Nave Ade, et al. These communities are within minutes from the new Railrunner Express terminal, Genoveva Chavez Recreation Center, Santa Fe Community College and the Institute of American Indian Arts. This is the fastest growing area of Santa Fe and homes range from the high $100's to the high $600's with a few over $1 million.
